I have done and will do what is needed. I got over thinking “I might be better than that” a long time ago.
The reason I prepare though is so maybe just maybe we won’t have to visit that dark place of the human flesh.

As far as I needed to.
I’d share dogfood/rats/bugs/lizard and snakes with my dogs, no big deal.
When your hungry you care less what and more about when.

Dogs like old smelly meat.
Never seen lizard around here though, central WI.

Never food on the ground here, dogs grab it fast but I have eaten things that were dropped.

Long pork? depends on how hungry I really am, call it a last resort if necessary.

I do have sheep/goats and horses here.
Goat burger sounds good.
Neighbor has angus, around 25 head.

Plus 80 acres of private forest with many deer.

You should have prepped the group with the stipulation that, “your wife and three kids haven’t eaten in five days and one of the kids is declining rapidly”. I expect that the answers would have been significantly different especially re. 8 & 10.
